RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not support exchanges.
Customers are required to confirm all details regarding size, design, quantity, and address before placing an order.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.

3. RETURN PERIOD
Our return policy is effective for 30 days after the order has been delivered.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement or replacement will be provided.
4. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN & REFUND
We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged, shattered, or broken.
- You receive the wrong item (incorrect design, size, or material).
- The product is significantly different from the description in the original listing.
5. PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURNS
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
The items must NOT:
- Have been worn, washed, modified, or altered in any way.
- Be missing original tags.
- Have defects caused by the customer.
Note: Minor issues like loose threads that can be easily repaired are not considered defects.
6. PROOF REQUIRED FOR REFUND
To process your request, please provide:
- Shipping label or receipt.
- Proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the received product showing the issue.
- Email correspondence with our support team.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN & REFUND
- Email your request to [email protected] with the required documentation.
- Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
- Once approved, return the item using a traceable shipping carrier.
- Provide the return tracking number or receipt to us via email.
Important:
Do NOT return any package without prior email confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
8. SHIPPING COSTS & PROCESSING TIME
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the error is ours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing:
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Timeframe:
It typically takes 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
